Job summary

Asbury Chandler Estates is seeking a dedicated caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities and administer medications safely in a retirement community setting. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to protocols, and compassionate patient care.

The position offers full-time hours with shift differentials (evening or night) and competitive benefits. Training is provided, and prior experience with older adults is preferred, alongside a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a recognized Medication Administration course is a plus.
• 1 year experience or training working with older adults or in retirement housing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities while maintaining dignity and independence.
• Administer medications safely and accurately across multiple forms as prescribed.
• Follow a strict 3-step verification process: confirm resident, correct medication, and proper dosage/timing.
• Ensure compliance with medication labeling to prevent errors.

• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
• Full Time: 3pm-11:30pm + $0.75 Shift diff
• OR
• Full Time: 11PM-7:30 AM+ 1.50Shift diff

• Full Time :7am-3:30pm
