Job summary

Brightview Senior Living, LLC is seeking caring staff to provide warm personal care and companionship to residents in our Marlton, NJ community. You will assist with ADLs, monitor changes in residents’ needs, and work with nurses to update care plans, while promoting participation in community activities.

The role values a positive attitude, a high school diploma, and Medication Aide (NJ) or Technician certifications where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification as Medication Aide (NJ) or Technician (MD/RI/PA/VA) preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services and companionship.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor changes in residents’ needs and collaborate with the nurse to update care plans.
• Encourage participation in community programs and activities.
