Qualifications

• Requires Mastectomy Fitter Certification.

• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to measure and fit compression garments.

Responsibilities

• Performs body measurements to ensure proper fit of OTC or custom items.
• Assesses insurance coverage for mastectomy products and communicates uptake.
• Maintains invoices and submits to accounts payable with proper codes.
• Sets pricing policies to maintain store profitability.
• Coordinates promotions, merchandising displays and stock replenishment.
• Delivers patient-focused customer service while maintaining confidentiality.
