Role Description

This is a contract role for a Certified Massage Therapist, located on-site in Yuba City, CA. The Therapist will be responsible for providing therapeutic massages, utilizing different modalities to meet clients' needs. Daily tasks include assessing client needs, delivering customized massage treatments, educating clients on stress management techniques, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Once hired, the Therapist will be required to obtain a Yuba City Business License and Liability Insurance.

Requirements

• Must have a current, verifiable massage license through the California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC), and be in good standing.
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities such as Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Therapy, Hot Stone Therapy, etc.
• Relevant certification and licensure for massage therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and at least one weekend day per month.
