Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to plan and implement treatment programs for patients across all ages, following established best practices. You will collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.

The position requires a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent and state licensure, with preferred BLS and Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) credentials. A minimum of one year of clinical experience is advantageous.

Experience of at least one year in clinical settings is advantageous.
