Job summary

Dimmitt Automotive Group in Florida is seeking a Certified and Factory Trained Aston Martin Technician to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs to factory standards. You will diagnose issues, perform service inspections, and ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality workmanship.

The role requires 3–5 years of dealership experience, EV certification preferred, and a valid driver's license. Sign-on bonus up to $7,500 is offered to qualified candidates, with full benefits for eligible

Qualifications

• 3–5 years automotive technician experience in a dealership setting.
• EV certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses issues based on experience, analysis, and testing
• Performs routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance jobs
• Repairs vehicles as assigned
• Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs
• Ensures that the required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
• Helps maintain shop appearance and safety standards and ensures the shop runs efficiently by performing duties such as inventory stocking and other general functions
• Follows all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules
• Attends meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
• Performs other duties as assigned
