Job summary

Dimmitt Automotive Group is seeking a Certified and Factory Trained Aston Martin Technician to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs at our Pinellas Park, FL dealership. This full-time role offers a sign-on bonus up to $7,500 depending on skills, experience and certifications, with opportunities to join a world-class team.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of dealership automotive experience, EV certification (preferred), and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years automotive technician experience in a dealership environment REQUIRED.
• EV certified preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; tech schools/training.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
• Excellent work history; highly professional and dependable
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand and lift

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses issues based on experience, analysis, and testing
• Performs routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance jobs
• Repairs vehicles as assigned
• Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs
• Ensures that the required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
• Helps maintain shop appearance and safety standards and ensures the shop runs efficiently by performing duties such as inventory stocking and other general functions
• Follows all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules
• Attends meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
• Performs other duties as assigned
