Job summary

Aqua-Tech-Pool-Management seeks a Lifeguard to ensure pool safety at our Charlotte facility. You will monitor activity, respond to emergencies, and maintain chemical balance while upholding pool rules. You will also handle documentation and cleaning duties as needed and assist patrons with courteous service.

Candidates must hold Lifeguard, First Aid, and CPR/AED Professional Rescuer certifications, and be at least 16 years old. This role requires on-site work and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Lifeguarding, First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certifications are required.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Provide friendly, polite, and helpful service to patrons.

Responsibilities

• Provide pool surveillance and respond to emergencies.
• Check and balance chemicals.
• Enforce facility pool rules.
• Complete documentation and cleaning of the facility, including restrooms.
