Job summary

Aqua-Tech-Pool-Management is seeking lifeguards to ensure safety across our pool facilities in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities include surveillance, emergency response, chemical balance, rule enforcement, documentation, and cleaning of the facility, including restrooms.

Applicants must hold valid Lifeguarding, First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certifications and be at least 15 years old.

Qualifications

• Lifeguards must hold valid certifications for Lifeguarding, First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer.
• Must be at least 15 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide pool surveillance to ensure safety within assigned pod.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and administer appropriate action.
• Balance and monitor chemical levels for pool safety.
• Enforce facility pool rules and complete required documentation.
• Clean the facility, including restrooms, as part of duties.
