Job summary

Performs waived testing as requested. Travels between assigned clinic and outreach facilities using a personal or hospital-provided vehicle.

Minimum Job Requirements

Work Experience

1 year of phlebotomy experience required.

License/Registration/Certification

• Phlebotomy certification (ASCP, NCA, or equivalent) required.


• Valid driver’s license and current automobile liability insurance.

Education And Training

• High School diploma or equivalent education required.


• Phlebotomist or Medical Assistant certificate of course completion required.
