Job summary

All Star Kia of Baton Rouge, now part of Hudson Automotive Group, seeks an experienced Automotive Technician to join a high-volume service team. You will diagnose and repair vehicle systems, test-drive cars, and ensure work meets dealership standards.

Sign-on bonus/relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates. With 2–5+ years of experience and Kia expertise preferred, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment that values reliability, customer service, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years automotive technician experience.
• Kia experience preferred.
• Customer-focused professional who is self-motivated and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles per repair order and dealer standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, brakes, and A/C.
• Communicate with Service Advisor if additional work is needed and provide time estimates for repairs.
