You will diagnose, service, and repair KIA vehicles, perform routine maintenance, and communicate effectively with customers to deliver reliable, high-quality results. Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of KIA vehicles, electrical systems, and diesel engine mechanisms.
• Proficient in using maintenance tools and diesel diagnostic software.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Consultation: Engage directly with customers to understand issues.
• Work Plan Preparation: Develop and execute vehicle work plans based on diagnostics.
• Diagnostic Testing: Perform advanced tests on KIA vehicles and interpret results.
• Vehicle Inspection: Inspect suspensions, steering, and exhausts to identify problems.
• Repair and Replacement: Complete repairs on transmissions, brakes, engines, etc.
• Emergency Response: Respond to breakdowns with field visits.
• Performance Testing: Test drive vehicles to confirm issues are resolved.
• Routine Maintenance: Conduct routine tasks like oil changes and brake checks.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate parts and service records.
