Job summary

Verland CLA in Moon Township, PA seeks a Certified Investigator to manage incidents in compliance with PA ODP, CMS, and federal guidelines. You will lead investigations, secure evidence, interview witnesses, and prepare chronological findings from occurrence to closure.

You will train staff on incident reporting, maintain EIM data, and collaborate with Risk Management, Compliance, and Protective Services to ensure timely, thorough, and objective reviews across the agency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care field preferred, with two years’ experience in ICF/ID services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting.
• Familiarity with PA protective services laws and mandated reporter regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with professional demeanor.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead certified investigations in compliance with PA ODP, CMS, and federal standards.
• Manage incident data in the Enterprise Incident Management (EIM) system and generate reports.
• Secure evidence, obtain witness statements, interviews, and compile chronological findings.
• Provide education and training on incident management and reporting processes.
