Position Overview
We seek an experienced Certified Industrial Hygienist to join our Building Science and Industrial Hygiene practice in CA. The role involves providing consulting services, managing projects, and developing client relationships, with opportunities for business development.

Responsibilities

1. Lead building science and industrial hygiene services as Practice/Region Technical/Regulatory Leader.
2. Mentor team members and support service growth.
3. Conduct regulated materials surveys and prepare related reports.
4. Manage project quality, oversight of abatement, and air monitoring services.
5. Perform indoor air quality and exposure assessments.
6. Develop sampling strategies and industrial hygiene programs.
7. Manage project communication, budgeting, and client engagement.
8. Travel to client sites as needed and collaborate with account teams.
9. Support various industrial operations across sectors.

Qualifications

1. 10+ years of experience in industrial hygiene, indoor air quality, or regulated materials.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field; Master’s preferred.
3. ABIH Certified Industrial Hygienist.
4. Experience managing large environmental projects and client relationships.
5. Strong communication skills and knowledge of standards like ACGIH, ANSI/ASHRAE.
6. Ability to develop safety and industrial hygiene programs complying with OSHA regulations.
7. Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel to project sites.

Compensation & Benefits
