Job summary

Vitality Hospice & Palliative Care community-based CNA role seeks a dedicated professional to join the field-based team. You will provide hands-on personal care, assist with mobility and transfers, offer companionship, and help maintain comfort and dignity for patients.

This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, no mandatory weekends, mileage reimbursement, and competitive pay of $18–$23 per hour with a supportive leadership team valuing your dedication.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle & current auto insurance.
• Compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Commitment to serving patients with serious or terminal illness.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding).
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
