Job summary

Vitality Hospice & Palliative Care in the United States seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time, field-based role. You will provide hands-on care under an RN Case Manager in patients' homes, supporting comfort and quality of life with mileage reimbursement.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, with occasional evenings/weekends. Active CNA certification and valid driver's license are required.

Vitality Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to work for a clinician-owned and operated hospice that truly values both its patients and its employees.

Position Details

• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, typically 7:00 AM-3:00 PM

• Occasional evening/weekend overtime available

• Field-based position with travel required (mileage reimbursed)

• Active CNA certification required

What You'll Do

Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse Case Manager, you will provide essential hands-on care and support, including:

• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and ambulation

• Providing personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding)

• Offering companionship and emotional support

• Performing light housekeeping tasks

• Documenting care accurately and in a timely manner

• Supporting a culture of compassion, quality, and respect

You will be an integral member of our interdisciplinary team focused on clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
