Visiting Angels Eastside WA is hiring a Certified Homecare Aide - HCA to support clients across West Seattle and surrounding areas. You will provide personal care, companionship, and light home tasks to improve daily living under tailored care plans.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and physical stamina, with opportunities for advanced dementia/Alzheimer’s training. Full-time positions provide benefits and regular hours.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid driver's license, car insurance, and a reliable vehicle to transport clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Excellent time-management and ability to juggle multiple duties.
• Reliable transportation to client homes as scheduled.
• Comfort handling housekeeping and cooking while following dietary constraints.
• Willing to comply with health and safety standards (background check).
• Bring compassion and a desire to brighten each client's day.

As a Visiting Angels Certified Homecare Aide - HCA, you'll play a vital role in enriching the quality of life of clients and supporting their wellness in accordance with their custom care plans. This can include:

Certified Homecare Aide - HCA Job Requirements:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Posses a Valid Drivers License, Car Insurance, and a Reliable Personal Vehicle to use to transport clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must
• Have excellent time-management skills and can juggle multiple duties at once
• Reliable transportation to get to and from client homes at the times you're scheduled to provide care
• Feel confident in your physical endurance when it comes to things like carrying groceries and physically supporting a client
• Feel comfortable performing housekeeping and cooking duties while adhering to applicable dietary constraints
• Are willing and able to comply with state and office-specific health and safety standards (ex., background check)
• Bring compassion, understanding, and a desire to brighten the day of each client to the table
