Job summary

Visiting Angels Eastside WA is seeking a Certified Homecare Aide (HCA) to support clients across West Seattle and surrounding areas. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and companionship in line with individualized care plans.

We offer flexible schedules, ongoing training, and growth opportunities. Full-time roles include health/dental/vision, 401K, weekly payroll, and a supportive office team.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver's license, car insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time-management skills with ability to juggle multiple duties.
• Reliable transportation to visit client homes.
• Comfort with housekeeping and cooking duties while adhering to dietary constraints.

As a Visiting Angels Certified Homecare Aide - HCA, you'll play a vital role in enriching the quality of life of clients and supporting their wellness in accordance with their custom care plans. This can include:

• Helping clients with personal care and hygiene
• Assisting clients with light physical exercise or walks

Certified Homecare Aide - HCA Job Requirements:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Posses a Valid Drivers License, Car Insurance, and a Reliable Personal Vehicle to use to transport clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must
• Have excellent time-management skills and can juggle multiple duties at once
• Reliable transportation to get to and from client homes at the times you're scheduled to provide care
• Feel confident in your physical endurance when it comes to things like carrying groceries and physically supporting a client
• Feel comfortable performing housekeeping and cooking duties while adhering to applicable dietary constraints
• Are willing and able to comply with state and office-specific health and safety standards (ex., background check)
• Bring compassion, understanding, and a desire to brighten the day of each client to the table

License:
