Job Overview

We are seeking certified home health aides and personal care assistants in the Suffolk County area to provide essential care to our clients. As a home health aide with Premier, you will deliver high-quality care that helps clients remain safe and comfortable at home. Join our team and be part of a leader in home care!

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure safety.
  • Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor vital signs and report any changes.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Qualifications
  • Certified Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA).
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
  • Ability to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping duties.
  • Completion of New York State Health Department-approved HHA Training Program or equivalent.
  • Basic literacy and arithmetic skills.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
