Overview

We are seeking certified home health aides and personal care assistants in the Oyster Bay area to provide compassionate and high-quality care to our clients. As a home health aide with Premier, you will help clients stay safe and comfortable at home, contributing to our reputation as a national leader in home care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety.
  • Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor vital signs and report changes or concerns.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Qualifications
  • Certified Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA).
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality.
  • Ability to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping.
  • Completion of NY State-approved HHA training or equivalent.
  • Basic literacy and arithmetic skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
