Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report changes in client condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
