Job summary

Stand Out Home Care in Hamilton, NJ is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a real difference. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and growth opportunities to support our caregivers.

You will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, perform light housekeeping and meal prep, follow care plans, report changes, and maintain documentation. A NJ CHHA license is required.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey CHHA license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
