Stand Out Home Care in Hamilton, NJ is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who are passionate about providing high-quality care and making a real difference in clients' lives.

You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, perform light housekeeping and meal prep, and follow the nurse's care plan. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, ongoing training, and room to grow within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey CHHA license (Required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
