Stand Out Home Care in Hamilton, NJ is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to deliver high-quality in-home care and support to clients. The role focuses on daily living activities, companionship, and adherence to care plans under nurse supervision.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
