Stand Out Home Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide compassionate in-home care in New Jersey. The role emphasizes safety, respect, and adherence to individualized care plans while supporting daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check and health screening

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
