Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our hospice-focused home health team in Middlesex / Somerset County, NJ. The role supports a census of 5-6 patients, providing ADL assistance, hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and coordination with nursing staff.

The position requires a NJ CHHA license, a valid driver’s license, and proof of eligibility to work in the United States. Vaccination against Covid-19 is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a NJ State CHHA license.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable mode of transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19

Responsibilities

• Care for census of 5-6 patients.
• Provides or assists in ADL activities; personal hygiene, grooming, mouth, skin care and nails.
• Assists with toileting, positioning and transfer activities; frequent turning and positioning of a bed bound resident/patient.
• Assists with prescribed exercise and ROM activities as taught by Hospice Nurse.
• Assists with light housekeeping of the individual's personal unit or room, including bed linen and laundry.
• Feeds and assists with meals.
• Reports changes in resident's/patient's condition to the Nurse

We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our growing Hospice Company full-time for ou r Middlesex / Somerset County, NJ region

Responsibilities:

The caregiver (CHHA) will be responsible for :
