Stand Out Home Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) in Hamilton, NJ, to join a growing team that prioritizes caregivers. This role focuses on delivering high-quality in-home care with flexible scheduling and ongoing training.

Qualified candidates hold a New Jersey CHHA license and a high school diploma or equivalent, with strong communication and independent work capabilities. Driving may be preferred. Background checks and health screenings are required.

• Compassionate, reliable and professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Must pass background check and health screening.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
