Stand Out Home Care in Hamilton, NJ is seeking Certified Home Health Aides to provide compassionate in-home care for clients in the Allendale area. You will join a growing team that values caregivers with flexible scheduling and supportive office staff.

As a CHHA, you’ll assist with daily living activities, offer companionship, and follow personalized care plans while maintaining professionalism and clear communication. NJ CHHA license and reliable transportation required.

Formación

• Valid New Jersey CHHA license (Required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Must pass background check and health screening.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
