Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Brevard County, Florida is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) HHA to provide high-quality in-home care to clients.

You will perform personal care, assistance with daily activities, meal prep, medication management, and collaborate with health professionals to implement personalized care plans. Level 2 background screening is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with HHA designation.
• Level 2 background screening through Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse is required.
• Home care or caregiving experience is a plus.
