Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Safely assist with transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Change linens, do light laundry, and maintain a sanitized space.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor for changes.
• Engage clients in therapeutic activities to boost wellness.
• Record care notes and concerns in the digital charting system.
