Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CHHA Certification is required.
• Must be dependable and compassionate.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Light housekeeping including laundry and cleaning.
• Plan and prepare meals and grocery shopping.
• Support client mobility and exercises.
• Monitor and report client condition changes.
