Qualifications

HHA certification in New Jersey is required.
Previous experience in home care or related field preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to providing excellent care.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation preferred.
Must be CHHA certified in NJ.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Monitor and report health status changes to the care coordinator.
Follow individualized care plans with compassion and respect.
Ensure clients'' comfort and safety at all times.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
