Formación

• HHA certification in NJ is required or preferred.
• Previous home care experience is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Compassionate, reliable and dedicated to quality care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Perform light housekeeping to keep a safe, clean home.
• Monitor health status and report changes to the care coordinator.
• Follow care plans with compassion and respect for clients.
• Ensure client comfort and safety at all times.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care given.
