Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid NJ CHHA License.

Responsibilities

• Observe health conditions and maintain daily records for family or supervisor.
• Guide patients in prescribed exercises per care plan.

• Maintain patient care records and report observations to supervisor.
• Assist with meal service and clean the home after meals.
