Part-Time or Per Diem

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) for an opportunity to provide personal care to elderly patients in their homes in Beverly, Danvers, Lynn, and surrounding towns.

As a Home Health Aide, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team that provides home health aide, skilled nursing, and rehabilitative care, enabling clients to receive necessary medical care while remaining at home.

Requirements for Home Health Aide:
  • At least one year of work experience as a Home Health Aide
  • Completion of a recognized Home Health Aide training course and certification
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
  • Criminal background check completed
  • Meet all state requirements
  • Enjoy being part of a caring team and a company that values its employees
Job Responsibilities:
  • Activities of daily living
  • Light housekeeping
  • Bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care
  • Range of motion exercises and transfers using mechanical lifting devices
  • Oral feeding and medication assistance
  • Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
  • Home management tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making, etc.
  • Assisting with ambulation
