    What is Required?

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Active Home Health Aide certification or Certified Nursing Aide certification from the state you are working in is required.
    • Must provide satisfactory evidence of successful completion from a state or other Home Health Aide training program that meets the requirements or must successfully complete a Home Health Aide training and competency evaluation program prior to providing direct patient care.
    • 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, or home health agency is preferred.
    • Valid driver’s license and insurance
    • Reliable transportation to perform job tasks


    You will report to the Client Coordinator.
