Job summary

21st Century Home Health Services (21HHS) is hiring Full-time Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) for El Dorado Hills and surrounding areas. You will provide in-home patient care under an RN Case Manager, following the Plan of Care and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Required CHHA CA certification and BLS/CPR, valid CA driver’s license, and comfort working in a field-based role. 21HHS offers strong benefits including 401k matching and generous PTO.

Full time Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)

Territory: El Dorado Hills and Surrounding area

Under the direct supervision of an RN Case Manager, you will provide patient care according to the Plan of Care.

What you’ll do as a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA):

• Provide personal care including, baths, back rubs, oral hygiene, shampoos, and changing bed linen
• Assist patients with dressing and undressing
• Provide skin care to prevent breakdown
• Assist the patient with toileting activities
• Keep patient’s living area clean and orderly, as appropriate
• Assist in feeding the patient, if necessary.
• Perform range of motion and other simple procedures as an extensional therapy service as ordered (with appropriate completed/demonstrated skills competency).
• Assist patient in the self-administration of medication.
• Meet safety needs of patients and using equipment safely and properly (foot stools, side rails, etc.).
• Report on patient’s condition and significant changes to the assigned nurse.

$55,000 - $90,000 a year

Estimated Wage range Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA): 55,000.00 - 90,000.00 Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. 21st Century offers generous bonus incentive plans, comprehensive health benefits and 401k (Up to 4% match)
