Cabrillo Hospice in Poway, CA is seeking a caring Home Health Aide (CHHA/CNA) to support patients in their homes. You will provide personal care and companionship, following individualized care plans to enhance comfort and dignity.

This flexible full-time role offers meaningful, heart-centered work with a supportive care team. Active CHHA and CNA licenses are required; hospice/home health experience is preferred.
