Eminence Home Care is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to deliver compassionate in-home care, assisting clients with daily activities and personal care to maintain independence.

You will collaborate with a healthcare team, document care, monitor health, and support families. This role requires a CHHA certification, reliability, and willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Competenze

• Certification as a Home Health Aide (CHHA) is mandatory.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a caring attitude towards clients.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Compassionate and dedicated to promoting clients' well-being.

Mansioni

• Assist clients with daily personal care tasks and hygiene needs.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
• Help patients with mobility, including getting in and out of bed and moving around the home.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist clients with dietary needs.
• Monitor clients' health and report any concerns to the healthcare team.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe living environment.
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals.
