The role involves patient care, ADLs, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.

Serenity Hospice Care is looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides to join our team in the Mercer area. . This team will be responsible for care & services to patients as needed. Candidates must hold a valid CHHA License in the state of New Jersey in order to be considered.

Responsibilities:
