Job summary

Caring Hand Home Health Solutions, Inc. seeks compassionate Certified Home Health Aides to provide in-home care under RN supervision. You will assist with daily personal care, safety, and comfort, supporting recovery and quality of life for clients in their homes.

The role offers a per diem schedule with visits at $30-$40 each, plus mileage reimbursement and opportunities for advancement based on performance. Must hold CA HHA cert and CPR, with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• A Californian Certified Home Health Aide certificate.
• Current CPR certification with AHA.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable insured vehicle.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, follow written instructions and document care.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Genuine empathy for ill, injured or frail patients.
• Professional, tactful and attentive to hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, and skin care.
• Assist with mobility, exercises and range-of-motion per care plan.
• Support meals from prep to feeding assistance as needed.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Help patients with medication self-administration.
• Keep patient living space clean, safe and orderly.
• Observe changes and report to supervising nurse.
• Document care per organizational standards.
• Perform other duties as required for patient services.

Requirements
