Qualifications

Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY
Available CHHA positions include full-time (benefited), part timeand per diem options.
As a member of our interdisciplinary team, the CHHA providespersonal care services to hospice patients at their residence and in accordancewith the plan of treatment as assigned by the RN Case Manager. Therole of the CHHA is to increase the level of comfort, maintain patient hygieneand dignity and provide temporary respite and relief from total careresponsibilities for the primary caregiver. Must be able to documentin clinical record, follow assignments, utilize computers and be comfortablewith electronic medical records.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current CHHA certification from the State of California.
- Valid driver’s license, and auto insurance, reliable and wellmaintained transportation.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
