Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. seeks a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) in Hackensack, NJ to provide compassionate, one-on-one home care. You’ll assist with bathing, grooming, meal prep, and mobility while promoting independence and safety.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with bathing, dressing & personal care
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Provide companionship & ensure client safety
• Light housekeeping, laundry & meals
• Transportation & errands (if applicable)
• Support with daily routines to promote independence
