Best Home Health Providers Inc. seeks a Certified Home Health Aide to provide compassionate in-home support for patients across the Bay Area. Under a supervising RN, you will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and safety, enhancing daily quality of life.

Role is per diem with a pay rate of $30–$40 per visit. Ideal candidates have HHA certification, CPR, a valid driver’s license, and a patient-centered approach.

Formación

• A Californian Certified Home Health Aide certificate is required.
• Current CPR certification with AHA is required.
• Valid driver’s license and insured, reliable vehicle.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to read, follow written instructions, and document care accurately.
• Independent work with minimal supervision.
• Genuine empathy and patience for ill or frail patients.
• Professional, tactful, and attentive to personal hygiene standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, and skin care.
• Assist with mobility, exercises, and range-of-motion per the care plan.
• Support meals from preparation to feeding when needed.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Help patients with medication self-administration.
• Keep the living space clean, safe, and orderly.
• Observe patients and report changes to the supervising nurse.
• Document care provided per organizational standards.
• Perform other duties as required for patient services.

• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) as directed
• Help patients with medication self-administration
• Keep the patient’s living space clean, safe, and orderly
• Observe patients and report any changes in condition to the supervising nurse
• Document care provided in accordance with organizational standards
• Perform other duties as required for patient services

• A Californian Certified Home Health Aide certificate
