Job summary

Care 365 Homecare in New York is seeking certified HHA or PCA professionals for immediate part-time and full-time assignments across multiple NYC counties.

You will assist with daily activities, light housework, meal prep, scheduling medical appointments, and arranging transportation, while communicating health updates to the care team. NY certification, legal work authorization, and a compassionate, reliable approach are required. Flexible shifts and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Certification in New York to work as an HHA or PCA.
• Valid ID and authorization to work in the United States.
• Social Security Card (We do not accept TaxID).
• Willingness to provide care and ability to assist with daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily tasks such as dressing or bathing.
• Perform light housework such as vacuuming or laundry.
• Shop for groceries and prepare meals.
• Schedule medical appointments and arrange transportation.
• Register and inform nurses about the patient’s health status.
• Teach patient self-care skills.
