Join Loyal Home Care Services as a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) in Middlesex, Worcester, Hampden, and Franklin Counties, MA. Compensation ranges from $15 to $19 per hour, with benefits including 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, referral bonuses, and a community liaison program.

Your Role

• Provide personal care assistance such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare and assist with nutritious meals
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Support mobility and prescribed exercises
• Assist with medication self-administration
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Ensure patient safety and report changes in condition
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with care standards

Qualifications

• Certified HHA in Massachusetts
• Reliable transportation
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Proficient in English
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations
• Ability to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping
