Certified HHA - Loyal Home Care Services

Join Loyal Home Care Services as a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA).

Locations: Middlesex, Worcester, Hampden, and Franklin Counties, MA

Compensation: $15-$19/hour

Your Role

As a Certified Home Health Aide, You Will:

  • Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and assist with nutritious meals
  • Monitor and record vital signs as directed
  • Support mobility and prescribed exercises
  • Assist with medication self-administration
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks
  • Ensure patient safety and report any changes in condition
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with care standards
Qualifications
  • Certified HHA in Massachusetts
  • Reliable transportation
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Proficient in English
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations
  • Ability to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping
  • Completion of MA Health Department-approved HHA Training Program or equivalent
  • Basic literacy and arithmetic skills
  • Minimum age of 18 years
