Job summary

Concierge Care is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide personalized, one-on-one home care for seniors in Orange Park, FL and surrounding communities.

Join our team for flexible PRN and part-time schedules, week-day and weekend shifts, and opportunities for additional hours as local client needs develop. W-2 employment with weekly pay and one-on-one private duty care.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA license or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate from a Florida-approved school
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
• Current CPR certification
• Social Security card
• Health statement completed within the past 6 months
• Required Florida caregiver CEUs and training
• Eligibility for AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening

Responsibilities

• Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Companionship and support with daily activities
• Mobility assistance and transfers
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Transportation and errands as needed
• Alzheimer's and dementia care support

Concierge Care is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide personalized, one-on-one care for seniors in Orange Park and surrounding communities.

We're looking for dependable caregivers interested in flexible schedules, recurring client assignments, and opportunities for additional hours as local client needs develop.
