Job summary

Concierge Care is expanding its Gainesville-area team of certified CNAs and HHAs to support growing client needs. We offer flexible weekday/weekend shifts, daytime/evening/overnight availability, and recurring weekly hours with a W-2 position and weekly direct-deposit pay.

Join us to build a consistent schedule, take on long-term client assignments, and receive support from our recruiting and scheduling team. A $100 hiring bonus is offered after onboarding eligibility.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA license or Florida-certified HHA certificate required.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Social Security card provided for payroll.
• A recent health statement within 6 months showing no communicable diseases.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one home care to clients in Gainesville and surrounding areas.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care tasks as assigned.
• Follow care plans and document care provided for each client.

Concierge Care is growing in Gainesville! As we continue adding clients throughout the Gainesville and surrounding area, we're expanding our team of qualified Florida Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs).

$100 Hiring Bonus

Qualified new caregivers can earn a $100 hiring bonus after completing onboarding and meeting all required bonus eligibility requirements.

Requirements

• Active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate issued by a Florida‑licensed training school (prior experience with another agency does not qualify)


• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance


• CPR certification


• Social Security card


• A recent health statement (within 6 months) indicating you're free of communicable diseases


• Completed CEUs:


• 2 hours Alzheimer’s, 1 hour HIV/AIDS & 2 hours Assistance w/ Self Administered Medication
