Job summary

Qualifications
- Must have experience working with people with Dementia/Aphasia and Ambulatory.
- Required to assist clients with full Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Experience with Hoyer Lift necessary.
Responsibilities
- Maintain records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor.
- Assist client with cooking and medication reminders.
- Provide extensive transfer support and ambulation assistance.
- Perform skilled services including wound care.
